Client Advisor

Responsibilities
Guide each client through the brand’s values and heritage, building long‑lasting relationships.
Achieve individual sales results while contributing to team targets.
Ensure a unique client experience, managing all phases of the selling ceremony, after‑sales and clienteling activities.
Maintain and implement the company’s visual standards in store in collaboration with the Visual Merchandising team.
Manage replenishment and stock to guarantee product availability.
Participate actively in inventory preparation and execution.
Work enthusiastically with the team, conveying energy, motivation and reliability.
Requirements
Previous experience in sales roles, preferably in fashion or luxury retail.
International experience (professional or non‑professional) is a plus.
Passionate about retail, client‑oriented with a commercial mindset.
Excellent understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivity.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Willingness to evolve within the organisation; willingness to relocate is a plus.
Fluency in English; proficiency in another language is considered a plus.
